Bright Smile Dental is a modern Utrecht dental practice that differentiates through technology. Their website needed to reflect that — with an AI chat assistant for triage, a 4-step online booking wizard, and a sidebar insurance checker to reduce front-desk calls.
The Challenge
The practice had a modern clinic but an outdated website that forced every patient inquiry through a phone call. New patients couldn't easily find out which services were covered by their insurer, leading to drop-off before booking. The receptionist was spending 3+ hours per day answering questions the website should have answered.
What We Built
Five pages: Home (hero with AI showcase, services preview, trust section), Services, Booking (4-step wizard: service selection → calendar → patient details → confirmation, with live insurance checker sidebar), Team (Dr. Chen hero, team grid, technology section), and Resources (patient education blog with lead magnet). SmileBot AI chat widget floats on every page.
The Result
Online appointment bookings increased 91% in the first two months. 70% of routine front-desk inquiries (availability, insurance coverage, treatment questions) are now handled through the website. The practice expanded opening hours after freeing up receptionist capacity.
