The customer's question
“Which dentist in Utrecht is accepting new patients and works with my insurer?”
This is a concept project: a demonstration build by NH Web Studio for a hypothetical business, based on a brief we set ourselves. It is not a client engagement, and the business shown does not exist.
A concept build for a hypothetical modern dental practice in Utrecht, which we called Bright Smile Dental. The aim: show how a practice website can answer routine patient questions, take bookings online and explain insurance coverage without a phone call.
The brief we set ourselves
Practices often route every question through the phone: availability, which treatments insurers cover, how to register. The brief: let the website answer those questions and take bookings, so new patients don't drop off before booking.
What we built
Five pages: Home (hero, services preview, trust section), Services, Booking (a four-step wizard: treatment, date, patient details, confirmation, with an insurance checker alongside), Team and Resources (patient guides). A chat assistant is available on every page.
What we made findable
Service pages per treatment, insurance information as readable text, and a patient resources section answering common questions. The on-site chat assistant is a separate visitor feature, not a search visibility tool.
