1. Introduction

Welcome to NH Web Studio ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website nhwebstudio.com.

2. Services

We provide web design and development services. By purchasing a package, you agree to the specific scope of work outlined in your invoice/contract.

3. Payments

Payment terms are 50% upfront and 50% upon completion, unless otherwise agreed. Monthly Care Plans are billed automatically every month.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns the copyright to the website design and content produced. NH Web Studio retains the right to display the project in our portfolio.

5. Limitation of Liability

NH Web Studio is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the services.
